The Digital Office and the Advisor's Corner in the Fraternidad-Muprespa webinar of the North zone

Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online conference on Thursday, June 15, on the Mutual's Digital Office and Advisor's Corner, organized by the Territorial Directorate of the Northern zone, which covers the Autonomous Communities of Asturias, Cantabria, Euskadi, Navarra and La Rioja.

The Territorial Director of the Northern zone of Fraternidad-Muprespa, José Ignacio Díaz Lucas, opened the day by welcoming the attendees and highlighting the usefulness of the Digital Office of the Mutua, a computer tool that improves and facilitates the execution of the procedures and management of the advisor's own portfolio. José Ignacio has also pointed out the importance of the Advisor's Corner on the Fraternidad-Muprespa, website where the advisor can obtain enriching information for their daily life.

Next Carlos Lafuente Manzanares, director of the application to advisors who are not and has analyzed the usefulness of all accesses: registration of new users, portfolio consultation, downloading benefit requests and withholding certificates, consultation of assistance request flyers and work accident reports pending to be sent, Prevention Classroom, the request for first aid kits, company accident and absenteeism reports, as well as the simulator of absenteeism costs.

During the second part of his presentation Carlos explained the Advisor's Corner describing the capabilities of this tool, such as access to current collective agreements and subscription to receive updates, access to the Debate Forum, the FM library with resolutions, work calendar, jurisprudence, subscriptions, press news and the simulator for payroll calculation and liquidations.  

To conclude, both speakers have responded to the questions raised by the attendees and have thanked them for their participation, inviting them to participate in future sessions of the Mutua.
