The keys to motivation focus a conference at the Fraternidad-Muprespa headquarters in Zaragoza

The provincial management of Zaragoza of Silvia Lacruz, Personal and Executive coach, certified by ICF (International Coach Federation) and trainer in communication skills.

In the presentation of the day,Eva Ramon, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Zaragoza, highlighted the increase in psychosocial contingencies and the importance of making efforts to motivate staff, in order to reverse this trend. The speaker explained the keys to extrinsic motivation, specified the characteristics of the leader who motivates and the leadership styles based on each personal profile. He highlighted that leadership must adapt to each specific situation and stressed that the members of the organization must be motivated to achieve and maintain the desired profile.

Silvia Lacruz broke down the keys to intrinsic motivation, focusing especially on the need to have personal objectives that are positively formulated, achievable, planned and measurable. Lacruz insisted on the concept of brain plasticity, that is, the possibility of training the brain to think positively. 

At the end of the presentations, attendees spoke to thank them for what they had learned during the day and share experiences in the field covered.
