THE MUTUA Fraternidad-Muprespa HAS HELD A DAY IN PALENCIA ON THE FUNDAMENTAL ASPECTS OF THE LABOR MARKET REFORM

On March 9,Fraternidad-Muprespa has celebrated, in collaboration with the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of Palencia, an Information Day on the fundamental aspects of the Labor Market Reform.

The President of the College of Social Graduates of Palencia,Dª Ester Urraca made the presentation of the Conference that continued with the presentations "Modifications in the Legal Regime of Individual Relations and Collective Bargaining" by Mr. Alberto Ambrós Marigómez, Head of the Provincial Labor and Social Security Inspection of Palencia and “Modifications introduced by R.D. Law 3/2012, of February 10, in the Dismissal Processes” by the Illustrious Magistrate of the Social Court No. 2 of Palencia,Mr. Alfonso González Gonzalez.

Mr. Julio Santos Palacios, Director of the Department of Network Relations moderated the debate that arose after the presentations and presented the “Collaborator Corner” as a channel for exchanging information, ideas and opinions related to business advice and people management.

The day closed Mr. Javier Saldaña Arroyo, Provincial Director of Palencia who highlighted as one of the fundamental values ​​of our Entity, respect for the rules dictated by Social Security, the sense of public affairs and transparency in management. He thanked those present for attending the event and the College of Social Graduates for their willingness to organize the Conference.

The event brought together a large influx of public, completing the capacity of the assembly hall.
