Fraternidad-Muprespa, together with Fundación Personas y Empresas and CIPA-STUDIUM (Camilo José Cela University), launches the second phase of the Digital-Labor Observatory, focused on digital disconnection. The objective is to analyze the impact of digital uses and habits on the well-being and occupational health of workers.

This second phase gives continuity to the study developed in 2025, which made it possible to analyze the impact of technology on occupational health based on 565 surveys and which revealed the growing digital exposure of workers, as well as the need to advance management models that guarantee a balanced and healthy use of technological tools in the professional environment.

Based on the data obtained in the survey, threefocus groups, each made up of eight people, including users, experts and managers, will carry out their analysis. The results will be presented next December.

In this way, the entities promoting the observatory continue to generate knowledge about digital health and well-being in the work environment, identifying the main challenges associated with digital disconnection and providing solutions, good practices and preventive measures that contribute to promoting healthier and more sustainable work environments.

The survey consists of ten blocks of questions that can be completed in approximately ten minutes anonymously.

With this second edition, Fraternidad-Muprespa reaffirms its commitment both to the promotion of safer and healthier work environments and to the technical evolution of prevention in a scenario of digitalization and transformation of work models.
