The week of May 6 to 12 is celebrated worldwide United Nations Road Safety Week, to draw attention to the importance of following the recommendations that the General Traffic Regulations advise.

According to statistical data from the DGT, in 2011, 380 pedestrians died in traffic accidents, which represents 18% of the total number of deaths, and 10,865 were injured. A significant number of these occurred due to deficiencies in the signaling of the accident and the people involved in it.

At Fraternidad-Muprespa, aware of the vulnerability of workers who must travel by road during their work day, we want to contribute our grain of sand, reminding you of the importance of following several recommendations, with our campaign "TO SEE YOU BETTER".

Remember that to be seen in an emergency situation, you must keep the following tips in mind:

  • The vest must be carried by hand for use, inside the vehicle's cabin, not in the trunk.
  • Before getting out of the car, the vest must be worn, do not place it outside of it.
  • The triangles must be seen at a minimum of 100 meters for any car and They have to be placed 50 meters from the vehicle.

Thanks to these measurements we are visible at a distance of between 100 and 150 meters, which can save our lives.

For us you are always visible.
