10 Characteristics of good leadership

In the article, our colleague Iván details the characteristics of the three leadership styles of the renowned psychologist Kurt Lewin, which are:
- Delegative leader: also known as “laissez-faire” in French (laissez-faire), which is a type of leader who lets subordinates make their own decisions.
- Authoritarian leader: this type of leader monopolizes decision making in a unidirectional manner and without the possibility of criticism or intervention by the rest of the participants.
- Democratic leader: this type of leadership is mainly participatory and unlike authoritarian, this type of leader ensures that all members of the organization intervene and have decision-making power.
