Aid for actions to promote the prevention of occupational risks in Galicia

The Official Gazette of Galicia has published an Extract of the Order December 20, 2018, which has as its objective the establishment of the regulatory bases and the call for the year 2019 for the granting of subsidies, by the Department of Economy, Employment and Industry, General Secretariat of Employment, through the competitive competition regime, in order to carry out training, awareness-raising, advice and promotion of occupational risk prevention inGalicia.

Beneficiaries

On line 1:
Thebusiness associations and union organizations, intersectoral within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, established under Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the right of association union.
 

On line 2:
a) Sectoral or intersectoral Galician business associations established under Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the right of union association.
b) Trade union organizations with representation, within the Autonomous Community of Galicia, both sectoral and intersectoral in nature.
c) Joint sectoral foundations for the promotion of occupational health and safety prevention, born from collective bargaining or sectoral agreements, with headquarters and activity in Galicia.
d) Professional associations of self-employed workers registered in accordance with the provisions of Decree 406/2009, of October 22, which expressly state in their statutes that their purposes include the promotion of the prevention of occupational risks.

Amount

1. These aids are distributed in two lines:
a) Line 1: training and advisory and awareness-raising activities on the prevention of occupational risks of an intersectoral nature. This line has a budget of ___800,000 euros.
b) Line 2: training and other promotional activities in the prevention of occupational risks of a sectoral nature. This line has a budget of ___690,000 euros.
