The Filia de Amparo al Menor Foundation, with the collaboration of the Association of Work Accident Mutual Insurance Companies (AMAT), organize a series of training sessions under the title "Therapeutic training for the emotional well-being of workers" , which aim to help prevent and reduce professional and common contingencies in companies and which are mainly aimed at professionals in the areas human resources, occupational risk prevention and corporate social responsibility.

This conference aims to provide practical and compassionate tools to understand the stages of grief, identify emotional blockages and accompany personal and collective processes from an integrative approach. Because if losses teach us anything, it is that healing is not about forgetting, but about learning to live with what hurts without it breaking us inside.
