Are we aware in organizations of the new psychosocial risks?

In the session we will talk about how new technologies, technological advances and globalization are transforming current work and how all these changes are generating the appearance of new risks, called emerging risks.  We will also highlight the main risks associated with ICTs and new ways of working, avoiding situations such as stress, digital dependency, work overload or lack of communication and proposing new communication and operational habits that allow us to minimize the effects of new production models.

The event will be held through the Zoom computer tool and registration and attendance at the event is exclusive for workers belonging to companies associated with Fraternidad-Muprespa.
