Bonus Recognitions 2015 for the mutual companies of Madrid II
On May 30 and 31, they were held at the provincial address of Fraternidad-Muprespa of Madrid, located at José Abascal Street, 50, two institutional acts of delivery of the Bonuses 2015 to mutual companies. With these events, the four planned and organized by the Provincial management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, which on the occasion of the delivery of these recognitions have been carried out during the month of May.
Carmen Rueda, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa of Madrid, welcomed the attendees gathered at both events and began by contextualizing the meeting as an event that recognizes companies that have effectively managed prevention and that have met the required requirements in terms of the number of Work Accidents, their duration and the severity of the consequences.
The event, aimed at companies in the same labor sector, a group that Carmen Rueda has highlighted and to which she has given importance, since it imbues the event with a more practical and close character, since it has made it possible to transmit unified information about the causes that cause the incidence of accidents in her sector.
It has been delivered to the representatives of the companies present and deserving of the recognition.Bonuses, a study of its labor sector, descriptive of the evolution in the last four years of demographic indicators,professional contingency, in-itinere accidents and common contingencies. Given the interest aroused by this documentation, the Mutual Fund has proposed the possibility of personalizing the study, completing it with preventive measures ad hoc to their particular case and that serve to complement those offered by their own or concerted prevention service.
At the event on the 30th,Esteban Mate, Deputy Director General of Management and at the event on the 31st,Fernando Mena, Deputy Center Director for Care Coordination and IT Control, both from Fraternidad-Muprespa, they have presented several topics, firstly they have commented on the data from the study of accidents and absenteeism in each sector represented and reporting the most relevant figures of interest to companies. They have also talked about the development of the control and management tools available to the Mutual Fund, a differential in the mutual insurance sector. Likewise, they have explained the digital transformation that society is experiencing and how Fraternidad-Muprespa is adopting the best practices to offer quality service to its mutual members.
We appoint Round Sunday, Madrid-Grandes Mutualistas Territorial Director and Eva Martin, Deputy Provincial Director of the Mutua, who were present at both events.
The General Directorate of Social Security Management grants annually through Fraternidad-Muprespa the Bonus incentive, once the concurrence of the requirements provided for by current regulations on Social Security has been verified. This event is a public recognition of those companies that have contributed effectively to the prevention of occupational risks, with quantifiable investments and with the implementation of effective actions in the prevention of accident and the occupational disease.
Finally, the diplomas accrediting the Bonuses 2015 to companies and attendees have been urged to continue working in this line.
