Coinciding with World Day for Safety and Health at Work in Fraternidad-Muprespa we celebrate our "V Prevention Week" April 22 to 30 with the objective of generating a preventive culture among our mutual members. This year, motivated by the health emergency we are experiencing, we will focus on digital outreach actions for all our associated companies with content aimed at raising awareness, sensitization and dissemination of risk prevention. labor.
We also want to help our mutual members in the development of other aspects that promote the culture of physical and mental health in the company with different content on physical and psychological well-being, emotional management and organization of the time.

Regardless of the considerations that this sociological trait deserves, the reality that we have had to live requires us to be permanently prepared for change. We are facing a health emergency that represents a huge novelty in our society and we must have tools to be able to manage it properly on a psychological level.
That is why we have to deal with change management, which we could define as making interrelated decisions that allow us to go from a situation that we do not want or that is not the most optimal to another that is more appropriate and that better adapts to the stated objectives.
