A total of 22 directors from the three management committees of said entities participated in this session that began with a welcome by the managing directors: Alejandro Iñareta, from Asepeyo, Carlos Aranda, from Fraternidad-Muprespa, and Manel Plana, from MC MUTUAL.

Continue working towards the rationalization and effectiveness of the means managed by the Alliance, as reflected in the founding act, was the objective of the meeting of the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security, in addition to signing the commitment to continue offering efficient management of resources to nearly 5 million protected workers from more than 600,000 mutual companies, which together add up to three entities.

An example of the work towards this integration is the transfer of spaces of the three mutual societies, which share 20 centers, with the aim of being a healthcare benchmark + commitment, it has almost 400 of its own healthcare centers, plus five hospitals and a day center.

The meeting has served to reinforce trust and collaboration between the three mutual insurance companies. Common problems were shared and strategies were established to increase the shared use of resources and jointly develop new projects to rationalize and optimize the alliance's healthcare network.

Participating, along with the managing directors, on behalf of Asepeyo, Jorge Vilanova, General Secretary; Antonio Sancho, Corporate Deputy General Director; Isabel García, Deputy Director General of Health and Prevention; Ricardo Alfaro, Deputy Director General of Media; Carlos Puigbò, Deputy General Director of Economics and Eva Mendoza, Director of Compliance.

On behalf of Esteban Mate, Deputy Director General of Management;  Pedro Luis Serrera, Deputy Director General of Information Systems and Services; Natalia Fdez.Laviada, Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication; Jesús Mas, Director of the Center for Legal Advice and Services; Manuel Porrúa, Director of the Human Resources and CSR Center; and Arturo Ruiz, Director of the Financial Accounting Center. 

The representatives of MC MUTUAL at the day were Mònica Sòria, Director of the Operations Area; César Íñigo Moliner, Director of the Territorial Organization Area; Andreu Lacambra, Director of the People, CSR and Communication Area; Josep Mª Fusté, Director of the Strategic Planning and Management Control Area; Adela Segura, Director of the Health and Prevention Services Area; and Javier Grueso, Director of the Systems and Organization Area.

The appointment ended with a visit to the facilities of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, which, like +compromiso, is also about to turn four years old.
