Conference at Fraternidad-Muprespa Albacete on Integration of Occupational Health and Safety in the company

On the occasion of the Exhibition of Accident Prevention Posters of the 20th Century in Albacete, 

The event, which took place at the provincial headquarters of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, was presented by Nicolas Merino, Provincial Director of Economy, Business and Employment of Albacete, who presented the accident situation in the province of Albacete and in Castilla-La Mancha and highlighted the importance of the informative function of the Exhibition.

gave way to Nuria Berta Chust, Vice-Minister of Employment, Social Dialogue and Labor Welfare, who reviewed the topics that were going to focus on the morning's presentations, highlighting the importance of the Integration of Occupational Health and Safety in companies in the Community.

Ana Jaen, prevention technician at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Albacete, spoke in his presentation about Vision Zero, which gives a new approach to ORP, and reviewed the so-called seven Golden Rules, while explaining the advantages of their application in the company.

Subsequently Jesus Oliver, Head of the Occupational Health and Safety service of the provincial directorate of economy, business and employment of Albacete, explained the aspects of worker behavior (Human factor) in relation to Integration and offered different guidelines to guide workers towards safe consultations.

At the end of the day Ana María Trillo, Head of the Prevention Unit of the Albacete Labor Inspection, focused her presentation on “New approaches to Prevention: gender approach and digital platforms”, in addition to detailing the situations detected in the visits carried out in relation to the Integration of Occupational Risk Prevention in the company, explaining their weakest points.

Finally and to conclude, a round table took place to talk about the elements of the integration of preventive activity, in which the different points of view of the Social Agents, who were represented by Esmeralda Sanchez y Begoña Celada, Techniques of the Association Department and Technical Areas of PRL in the Confederation of Businessmen of Albacete (FEDA),Ana Santos, Prevention Technician of UGT Albacete and Carmen Juste Saucedo, General Secretary of CCOO Albacete.

Those attending the event, who exceeded fifty, were mostly responsible for Occupational Risk Prevention of companies and associations in the province of Albacete.
