We are starting the year strong, because we want to show you a guide that has the power to help change the preventive culture of a company. Lean is not just a set of tools or a methodology. Lean, is in the first instance, a work philosophy associated with a cultural transformation of the entire organization, from Management to line workers, based on respect and continuous improvement.

Throughout the guide we can discover the pillars of this philosophy through examples, links, videos and good practices, we will see that we can apply lean in a simple way if we stop and think about which tasks really add value to our work, trying to automate those that do not provide us with knowledge or growth and that are not a priority.
