This is a digital service that adds value as it is an agile tool that facilitates the request for benefits and at the same time provides efficiency to

It is important to note that whoever has already initiated the request through another of the methods offered above, should NOT do it again through the Digital Office.

What are the particularities of this extraordinary benefit?

You can request this benefit if your company or professional activity is among those that have been suspended as a result of the declaration of the state of alarm. To verify this, we offer a list of CNAE (National Classification of Economic Activities) of an indicative nature, which you can consult here.

This does not exclude the possibility that, depending on the activity actually carried out by the self-employed worker, it could fit among said suspended activities, despite not being in this relationship.

We remind you that the validity of this benefit, as it is exceptional, is limited to one month from the entry into force of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, by which the state of alarm was declared, or until the last day of the month in which said state ends, if it is prolonged.

Under the current circumstances, this means that applications for CATA.COVID-19 benefits may be submitted until May 31, provided that the end of the state of alert is not extended beyond April 30.
