Electronic Code on Occupational Risk Prevention for 2020
The Official State Gazette published in the first days of January 2020 an updated edition of the electronic Code on occupational risk prevention. This document is a compilation published by the BOE of the main regulations of the Spanish legal system on a subject and in this edition all the applicable regulations published to date on the subject of Prevention of occupational risks have been collected.
Based on Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational risks, as a fundamental standard of reference on this matter, a legislative chronological compilation is made that is divided into ten large thematic categories such as:

- National Commission for Safety and Health at Work
- Coordination of business activities
- Prevention services
- General State Administration
- Military centers and establishments
- Civil Guard
- National police force
- Infringements and sanctions
