Evaluation and management of psychosocial risks in the elderly care activity

The INSST has just published the document entitled:  "Evaluation and management of psychosocial risks in the activity of caring for the elderly. Method for the evaluation and management of psychosocial factors in small businesses."

This document is a tool to begin the approach to psychosocial risk management in companies with less than 50 workers in the elderly care sector.

It contextualizes the method in the sector, in its two variants of activity, that carried out in residences, on the one hand, and that which takes place in the homes of the elderly. In addition to the theoretical description of psychosocial factors and their possible effects, it presents a series of questions and answers to facilitate the detection of possible problems, as well as preventive measures to apply.
