Fratenidad-Muprespa Webinar: "Labor mobility in times of Covid. Essential sectors"
From November 4 to 15 we are celebrating our IIIWorking Road Safety Week (SVL) in which from Fraternidad-Muprespa we join the celebration of the World Day of those killed by traffic accidents on November 15, 2020.
This year, due to the health crisis, the actions to be carried out during the week are conditioned by interpersonal distancing measures and therefore we offer our mutual members actions with a marked digital nature with the holding of several webinars of interest to any associated company in the national territory.
On November 5, the first of our webinars was held with the title Labor mobility in times of Covid. Essential sectors at, which was attended by 137 people and was attended by prominent prestigious speakers in the field of occupational road safety.
The opening of the day was made by Mar Morales (Fraternidad-Muprespa) who presented our webinar, announcing the different topics to be discussed and the participating collaborators.
A virtual round table was then held, which was moderated by Alejandro Quintana (Fraternidad-Muprespa) and was attended by the following guests:
- Valentín Alboreca (Mobility Road) who spoke about the changes in road safety caused by Covid and how mobility plans in companies remain vital now more than ever as attention has shifted to virus prevention.
- Gregorio Serrano (Ernst&Young) explained the challenge for companies to tackle this scourge and become aware because it is the main cause of occupational mortality both in-itinere and on mission. It also left us with a very interesting concept to create awareness of safe, sustainable and connected mobility.
- Miguel Ruano (Autacor) explained how the taxi sector has adapted to the new normal with the different hygiene measures and relationship with its customers.
- Ana Luz Jimenez (DGT) explained how we must see the opportunities in crises, improve public transportation and insist on the message that mobile phones are incompatible with driving.
The closing of the session was carried out by Sonia Medrano (Fraternidad-Muprespa) who summarized the most significant part of each speaker's presentation and highlighted the role of the alliance that our Mutual has formed with the different collaborators for the development of the week and to fight together against traffic injuries in the environment work.
