Fraternidad-Muprespa conference on the employment relationship after the declaration of an IP

The session, held both in person at the Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana Hospital and online, had the participation of more than 350 attendees, which demonstrates the interest that this topic continues to arouse.

After the institutional welcome, by Teresa Silleras, president of the Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid, the main presentation was given by Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Department of Economic Benefits of Fraternidad-Muprespa. 

Lorenzo explained the keys to the new legal framework, as well as the obligations and functions of the main parties involved: workers, companies, prevention services, mutual societies collaborating with Social Security and the National Social Security Institute.

After the main presentation, Eva Martín Peñalver, Deputy Provincial Director of Labormatters Lawyers. 

The debate developed dynamically and allowed experts to analyze specific situations, resolve doubts and share professional experiences on the application of the reform. The day was closed by Lucía Alonso, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Madrid.
