Fraternidad-Muprespa delivers the Zero Accident Distinction to twenty Cantabrian companies

Last Tuesday, the CEOE-Cepyme Cantabria assembly hall hosted the ceremony for the delivery of the Zero Accident Badges to recognize the preventive work of twenty mutual companies of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the protection of their workers, present at the event. The badges are intended to be placed in a visible place in the company to record its proactivity in favor of occupational safety, health and well-being.

Ignacio Carreras, direct or Provincial of the Mutua in Cantabria, welcomed the representatives of the twenty distinguished companies that attended the event. The rest of the companies deserving the distinction, approximately thirty, will receive it soon.

For its part,Alvaro Plaza, director of the Cantabrian Institute of Safety and Health at Work, indicated that "the Spanish and Cantabrian strategies for more effective prevention of occupational risks have as their first objective to avoid accidents, always in collaboration with the State Labor and Social Security Inspection Body and the National Social Security Institute." He also highlighted that in Cantabria, the accident rate improves slightly compared to 2022 due to the lower incidence of covid, although the data on traumatic accidents remains in the same line as last year.
