Fraternidad-Muprespa Educational Offer will continue after the summer

The educational offer is part of the activities thatFraternidad-Muprespa_develops for the prevention of work accidents and professional diseases of the associated companies, in their capacity as Mutua collaborator with Social Security and regulated by the Royal Decree 860/2018, of July 13, 2018. The recipients are business owners and workers of associated companies and associated self-employed workers.

The training modality is in webinar format via zoom, they usually last 1 hour and the main objectives are:

  • Promote a preventive culture to reduction of theaccident rate of our associated companies. 
  • Promote safe behaviors on the part of workers in the tasks to be carried out and in the correct use of work equipment and collective and individual protection, in addition to promoting interest and cooperation in preventive action within their company.
  • HTMLTAG26___Complement the mandatory training according to article 19 of the Law ofPrevention of Occupational Risks.

After the summer we will resume our educational offer with the following courses:

September: Mobbing or psychological harassment at work. September 28 10:00 a.m

Mobbing or psychological harassment at work is a characteristic form of work stress and is defined as a situation in which a person or group of people exert extreme psychological pressure, systematically and for a prolonged time on another person in the workplace. In this webinar we will talk about the different types of harassment, its phases, the negative consequences it has for health and of course, different tools to prevent it from occurring within companies.

October: Stop overexertion in the workplace. October 19 10:00 a.m

The objectives of this webinar are to understand overexertion as one of the main agents causing injuries in the workplace, learn preventive measures that will allow us to eliminate the risk of overexertion, repetitive movements and the causes that cause overexertion. At the end of the course, attendees will be able to better identify the types of overexertion present in my work and, once identified, apply good preventive practices to improve safety and health.

December: The challenge of integrating prevention into the company. December 14 10:00 a.m. ___

We will try to learn better in this session the preventive prevention modalities that the company can benefit from, define which technical documents and procedures are necessary to integrate the prevention plan and establish the functions and those responsible for the human resources that make up it. The main topics that will be developed are the organizational models and integration of prevention, the responsibilities in this matter in the company and the necessary documentation for preventive management.
