Fraternidad-Muprespa gives an online technical conference at the CPRL in Seville

The Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Seville dependent on the Department of Employment, Business and Self-Employment of the Government of Andalusia organizes an online technical conference taught by Prevention Consultants from Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The session will be held on September 28 at 10:00 a.m. in webinar format and will be titled: "Emotions in the workplace" and will be taught by the Prevention Consultants of our Mutual FundLeire Garde, ___Iván Fernández and ___Fernando Corres and moderated by Mabel García, head of training area of the CPRL of Seville.

The way we work has changed and new technologies are the most implemented operational and communication tools, therefore avoiding situations such as stress, digital dependency, work overload (burnout), lack of communication (isolation), added to the aging of the population, demands the incorporation of new people management models into our organizations through communicative, emotional, healthy and healthy habits.

This day aims to support workers and organizations in raising awareness in aspects such as mental health at work, emotions and emotional intelligence as a tool in preventing occupational risks. During the talk, it is also intended to highlight the main psychosocial risks associated with organizations, presenting emotional management as a tool to generate a preventive culture.
