Fraternidad-Muprespa, in the signing of the Teleworking Charter
The Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum in Madrid hosted last week the signing ceremony of the Teleworking and Flexibility Charter, a commitment that different entities and organizations voluntarily subscribe to to promote the culture of flexibility, teleworking and support for the reconciliation of personal, family and work life.
Fraternidad-Muprespa endorsed the agreement, which began in 2020, for the period 2023-2026.
A total of 120 companies adhered to this commitment, and of them, 66 attended the event promoted by Fundación Másfamilia, to show their determined commitment to teleworking and labor flexibility, which also saves the emission of 60,000 tons of greenhouse gases per year.
Among the companies that have also signed this commitment, in addition to Fraternidad-Muprespa, are some of their mutual entities, such as BBVA, Calidad Pascual, Mutua Madrileña, Repsol or Telefónica.
Auxi Pérez, technician in the People Management area of the Human Resources and CSR Center of Fraternidad-Muprespa, was in charge of collecting the badge for the Mutual.
The day was attended by Evelio Acebedo, managing director of the Thyssen - Bornemisza National Museum; Sonia Comajuan, Global Director of Engineering Operations at Celonis, who brought the world of robotics and AI together in talent management, and Roberto Martínez, director of Fundación Másfamilia.
After the event, the Thyssen – Bornemisza National Museum invited all attendees to a guided tour of its exclusive art collection, unique in the world.
