Fraternidad-Muprespa participated in the "Open Week: post-COVID solutions" of FSL Magazine
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, participated last week in the Open Week: post-COVID solutions, organized by the Borrmart Editorial and its corresponding publications (Segurilatam, FSL Magazine, Seguritecnia, Limpiezas Magazine, Red Seguridad, Facility Management & Services) that were made via streaming.
This meeting dedicated to safety and health at work had the objective of disseminating the best and proven technologies, services and equipment that are helping the return to normality of our business fabric and our society. Under the name of Open Safety, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, it was possible to follow this digital meeting live in which success stories and news in the fight against the coronavirus were known.
On behalf of our entity, Carlos Maya Santa Cruz, Senior technician in occupational risk prevention, represented the Mutual Fund with the presentation titled Teleworking and conciliation: implications in Occupational Risk Prevention in which presented, among others, these ideas fundamentals:
- The pandemic has given the definitive boost to teleworking in Spain, posing a series of challenges for the prevention of occupational risks.
- Teleworking has another side of the coin on which emphasis must be placed, such as psychosocial, organizational and ergonomic factors.
- To avoid ergonomic risks associated with teleworking we have to strive to ensure that our workspace is as close as possible to what our office was.
- We must not make the mistake that by working at home we can relax and fall into complacency, it is more important than ever to be organized and disciplined with our schedules and tasks, avoiding distractions and, above all, technological.
