Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the IRSST webinar: Occupational health in healthcare: the priority

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated on June 22, in a conference organized by the Regional Institute of Safety and Health at Work (IRSST) on the situation of Occupational health in Health.

Mar Morales González, director of the Department of Prevention and Development of Health Culture of the Mutua, participated in the round table “Strategy, Mission and Vision of the Occupational Risk Prevention Services after the pandemic” that he shared with Ignacio Sánchez Arcilla Conejo, head of the HGU Prevention service Gregorio Marañón, Carmen Otero Dorrego, César Bustillo Gorgojo and Olga del Prado López (members of the team of the Occupational Risk Prevention Service of the Primary Care Care Management of the Community of Madrid, José Camilo Vázquez Caubet, representative of PAIPSE - Program of Comprehensive Care for Sick Health Professionals of the Community of Madrid and moderated by Jorge López de Ávila, head of the Psychosocial Risk Intermediation service of the IRSST.

To conclude, he highlighted the recent strategy of our Entity, regarding the prevention of psychosocial risks for employees, an example of this is the implementation of a psychosocial accompaniment service through a “Psychological care for COVID” channel, an example of good company practice to alleviate the effects on the mental health of workers.
