Fratertalk 17: Mental health: make visible and destigmatize, with Sara Reyes Martín
Did you know that, according to the World Health Organization, more than 300 million people around the world suffer from depression and other mental disorders? Or that it is estimated that by 2030 it will be the main cause of disease? Or that twice as many women suffer from it as men?
In this edition of Fratertalks we are going to talk about a pressing problem that should concern us all because, as the slogan of the current Ministry of Health campaign says, “it can happen to anyone.” It is about mental health, a problem about which it is necessary to raise awareness and sensitize society, speaking naturally about it and removing certain stigmatizations that still exist today.
It will be next December 17 at 10 a.m. by Sara Reyes Martín, psychologist expert in family and systemic therapy and pre-doctoral researcher in the IBIMA (Malaga Biomedical Research Institute).
