Fratertalk #15: "The inspiration of Mondays", with Sonia Medrano
Possibly you have ever arrived at work thinking about how to improve some aspect that will help you take one more step to achieve the established objectives. This is where leadership takes on all its importance.
If we apply it particularly to the field of occupational safety, a committed and motivated work team will make the path to achieve the objectives we set much less winding, and above all, it will make us grow both collectively and individually.
Sonia Medrano, Territorial Director of the southern zone of Fraternidad-Muprespa and author of the book "The inspiration of Mondays", speaks to us at length about this and other issues.
