Fraternidad-Muprespa has a set of Good Preventive Practice Guides whose objective is to improve the preventive culture of companies through simple examples of good practices already implemented.

It is an innovative, easy-to-read, useful and very visual material that basically details good practices that can be applied or at least taken as an example to begin to tackle risks in the company. Today we want to stop and remember the guide entitled: "Good practices for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders".

This work aims to shed some light on musculoskeletal disorders in order to facilitate their detection, based on the symptoms and looking for that is useful compendium on preventive measures to be adopted by workers who perform tasks that may lead to musculoskeletal disorders.

The guidelines reflected in the guide will serve to:

  • Raise awareness among both employers and workers about the importance of disorders musculoskeletal.
