Throughout this week in which we commemorate the "V F-M Prevention Week" we are going to publish different news related to the topic that is currently at the forefront of current events: Covid-19, confinement and teleworking. Within this line, the Basque Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (OSALAN), published the following guide entitled:

TELEWORK AT HOME

Document framed within the good practices manuals that are always of great interest. As the guide tells us in its introduction:

"At this time it is a necessity for the worker to carry out his or her work in his or her own home. In addition, difficulties are added that can affect its optimal use, such as the current situation of children not attending school, which unbalances the work-family balance. This guide attempts to provide some useful guidelines to prevent the possible risks derived from teleworking in the private home. "

Indeed, the imposed confinement has forced us to carry out the much desired teleworking, but in perhaps undesirable conditions. It is difficult, especially if you have children or dependent people, to concentrate at certain times, in some cases the interruptions will be at the least desired times, meal times change, all of this requires an added effort that the workers are solving effectively, so that the objectives are being achieved in a timely manner.

Throughout the guide, guidelines are given to mitigate the different risks to which we may be exposed, so we recommend reading it in full. Here we introduce a page that we find very useful:
