How to manage prevention taking into account the diversity of people? A new challenge for PREVYMAN

Nowadays most companies are made up of very different people. It is common for young and senior workers to coexist, people from very different countries and cultures, people with different abilities... without forgetting that there are still very masculinized sectors in which the number of female workers is a still small quota compared to the number of men.

All these factors make it highly inadvisable to do generic prevention, without taking into account the particular characteristics of the workers, given that each person is different, not only in aspects of personality or the influence of each person's history, but in aspects such as generational, functional, cultural diversity or gender perspective.

And this is the challenge faced on this occasion PREVYMAN: change in a company the way of doing prevention that they had been doing following the 'coffee for all' model, to move towards a much more effective type of prevention, adapted and taking into account the diversity and heterogeneity of the workforce.

Do you want to know what the PREVYMAN action plan is to achieve it?
