The posters are mainly aimed at workers in sectors such as construction and public works or sectors such as fishing, agriculture or livestock that involve great exposure to heat in the summer months and all of this without forgetting at any time the prevention measures against Covid-19, which must continue to be present in our daily lives with the aim of protecting workers from heat stroke and at the same time not to infect or be infected by it. virus.

Some of the main tips that remind us are:

  • Maintain a safe distance.
  • Do not remove the mask except in situations where you are going to drink or eat but wash your hands first.
  • To wipe the sweat from your face, wash your hands, remove the mask by one of the bands and dry the sweat with a clean handkerchief.
  • Do not share a bottle.
  • Do not expose hydroalcoholic gels to heat.
  • Take more breaks than usual and in cool places.
  • Protect yourself with appropriate clothing such as hats and sunglasses.
  • If a person suffers from heat stroke, quickly notify the emergency room.
