Gender inequalities and biological differences affect the safety and health of workers, therefore, integrating the gender perspective into ORP means going beyond the right of working women to protection during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and against sexual and gender-based harassment. To delve deeper into this matter, the INSST has recently published the technical study: "Integration of occupational risk prevention in equality plans for the year 2025" , which is structured in different frameworks such as conceptual, contextual, legislative and methodological, as well as results of the analysis, integration guidelines and conclusions.

The publication is part of a project whose main objective is to know the level of integration of the ORP in the equality plans of a random sample of companies, relating it to the level of integration of the gender perspective in ORP and detecting, based on the analysis and the results obtained, integration guidelines for its advancement.

In addition to this work, three diptychs are presented, the first of which is dedicated to the negotiations of equality plans, to briefly show guidelines to facilitate this task of integration to the negotiating commission of the companies and the following two dedicated to safety, hygiene and ergonomics beyond pregnancy and breastfeeding, which aim to show examples of guidelines to facilitate the task of integration of these disciplines in the equality plans during these situations.
