On April 1, an interview with Natalia Fernández Laviada, Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

This entity is a consultancy aimed at improving the organizational health of your companies with advice on different subjects from human resources, psychology or marketing.

In the interview, different questions are raised about the healthy company, highlighting the idea that a healthy company is different because it has already complied with safety widely, and focuses further, on the comprehensive well-being of people.

"It is evident that companies pursue sustainability over time in their businesses, but perhaps it is not so evident that it is achieved by always taking into account the most valuable asset: HUMANS, a company will be successful if it cares and ensures that its staff is in the best possible conditions, investing money, time and high doses of enthusiasm in keeping said asset healthy, that is, healthy."

Other issues are also addressed, such as why it is important for organizations to think about this type of management models, the benefits they bring to companies and where companies currently stand on this matter.

Healthy companies are more human
