Javier Gay from Liébana shared the keys to leadership and emotional intelligence on Fratertalks
Last Friday a new edition of #Fratertalks took place in which Javier Gay de Liébana, lecturer, consultant and pedagogical manager of Walking Training, shared with us the keys to adopt a series of skills necessary to achieve to achieve our prevention objectives, such as leadership, assertive communication, persuasiveness, people management, empathy or conflict resolution, among others.
During the conversation, Javier left us interesting reflections such as the concept of 'intrastrategy', the different types of leadership, the influence of the leader on the psychosocial factors of his team, the most characteristic features of female leadership or what emotional intelligence is and how it can be applied in the field of occupational risk prevention.
With these skills, the path to the goal of preventive culture will be less winding and will make us be aligned with a socio-labor environment that has great challenges to face.

Of course, the wait will be short since in September, after the well-deserved vacation and the batteries charged, we will return. In the June edition we will talk about a topic that has been talked about, debated and reflected on at length: happiness.
Translating it to the workplace, psychosocial risks have a direct influence on the employee's happiness, which of course has an inexorable impact on their personal and family environment. And to talk about something so interesting we will have Dra. Dove
It will be next June 25 at 10:00 a.m.., in our Fratertalk #13: “Happiness, vaccine against risks psychosocial”. You can register HERE.
While that day arrives, we invite you to visit our channel Youtube where you can see previous editions of Fratertalks.
