In these difficult times, we need to dedicate a few minutes to our emotional health, since the situation we are experiencing with mobility restrictions, the use of masks and gloves, safety distance... are creating a strange environment, of danger of contagion, where our emotional response becomes uncontrolled. By adopting some simple guidelines it will be easier to reduce the tension we experience and feel better.
In addition, we want to draw attention to the psychosocial factors that may arise as a consequence of the immediacy with which companies have had to adapt to teleworking, since the management of the work carried out by people in teleworking requires an important change in the mentality of those responsible.
