Middle management, encouraging participation

The Preventive Culture courses are sessions taught by the Prevention Consultants of adhered to Fraternidad-Muprespa .

Next Wednesday January 18 at 09:30 a.m.  we will hold a webinar entitled: "Middle management, encouraging participation"  and which will be given by our Prevention Consultants Beatriz Lozano, Ana Jaén and Elena Fernández.

Through this webinar we intend to raise awareness of the importance of middle management in organizations, undoubtedly key to preventive leadership to achieve good integration of Occupational Health and Safety and to promote a preventive culture, with which we will achieve safe, healthy and healthy environments. We will see the actions and tools that they can carry out so that prevention reaches every corner of our organizations, forming an essential part of our daily lives.

Our training has two essential objectives:

• Promote a preventive culture to reduce the accident rate of our associated companies. 
• Promote safe behavior by workers in the tasks to be carried out and achieve effective integration of prevention in the company.
