Middle management, encouraging participation
The Preventive Culture courses are sessions taught by the Prevention Consultants of Fraternidad-Muprespa in in a webinar format, nationwide and free of charge, which are carried out through the Zoom computer tool and are aimed at workers belonging to associated companies and affiliated self-employed workers. aFraternidad-Muprespa.
Next Wednesday January 18 at 09:30 a.m. we will celebrate the first of the Webinar of this year 2023 which will be titled: "Middle management, encouraging participation" and which will be taught by our Prevention Consultants Beatriz Lozano, Ana Jaén and Elena Fernández.
Through this course we intend to raise awareness of the importance of middle management in organizations, undoubtedly key to preventive leadership to achieve good integration of Occupational Risk Prevention and to promote preventive culture, with which we will achieve safe, healthy and healthy environments. We will see the actions and tools that they can carry out so that prevention reaches every corner of our organizations, forming an essential part of our daily life.
Our talks have two essential objectives:
- Promote a preventive culture to reduce the accident rate of our associated companies.
- Promote safe behavior by workers in the tasks to be carried out and achieve effective integration of prevention in the company.
