Middle Management. The Achilles Heel of Integration
Next June 15 at 10:00 a.m. Fraternidad-Muprespa_celebrates a new webinar of its educational offering that will be titled:"Middle managers. The Achilles' heel of the integration" and which will be taught by our Prevention Consultants Ana Jaén, Beatriz Lozano and María Elena Fernández.
Through this webinar we intend to raise awareness of the importance of middle management in organizations, a key figure without a doubt in preventive leadership to achieve a good integration of Occupational Risk Prevention and the promotion of preventive culture, with the aim of achieving safe, healthy and healthy environments.
During the talk we will see the actions and tools that middle managers can carry out so that prevention reaches every corner of the organizations, forming an essential part of the day-to-day life of companies.
