Mindfulness workshop. A journey inside you
In our Prevention Week, we invite you to an exciting journey. The destination will not be a very distant place but quite the opposite, it will be a journey to our inner world, without a doubt, a most surprising place. With our new Mindfulness workshop from Fraternidad-Muprespa we will be able to focus on the 'here and now' through mindfulness. We will be more aware of what we feel, think and how we react.
Mindfulness is not only a relaxation technique, it is a tool to develop our ability to concentrate, attend to what we want at the moment we decide and for as long as we want. If we are able to choose where we put the focus of attention we can achieve emotional balance.
Focus on the here and now
Some of the benefits of practicing mindfulness are that it reduces stress, increases concentration, provides greater mental quality, speeds up decision making, develops emotional intelligence, improves mood and strengthens the immune system.
