Modification in the subsidies of Castilla y León for the removal of roofs with asbestos

On December 23, the Official Gazette of Castilla y León published Order 1531/2024, of December 17, which modifies Order 718/2023, of May 30, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies aimed at the safe removal and replacement of light covers that contain materials with asbestos in workplaces in Castilla y León. Leon.

Taking into account the publication of two new regulations, Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid, and Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2832 December 13, 2023, regarding the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid granted to companies that provide services of general economic interest, it is necessary to modify Order 718/2023, of May 30, to adapt it to these new European Regulations.

This is why the aforementioned order is modified by which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies aimed at the safe removal and replacement of light covers that contain materials with asbestos in workplaces in Castilla y León.
