As part of the actions aimed at preventing harassment at work, we have developed downloadable posters and infographics so that companies have material to present and communicate to their workers a problem that as a society we must treat as unacceptable, a social scourge that goes unnoticed, the chosen motto is:
Violence and harassment at work, please DO NOT SHUT UP
The objective will be for associated companies to have tools to try to detect and minimize this problem that has planetary dimensions. We are aware of the difficulty of tackling and mitigating these risks, which is why we find it useful to include any tool if we believe it can help workers, entrepreneurs, mutualists and the self-employed.
