New service of the Digital Office to request advice on occupational risk prevention

Today we announce the launch of a new service in the Digital Office ofFraternidad-Muprespaaimed at companies and consultancies, which allows you to request specialized advice from the Mutual Fund regarding occupational risk prevention through Quoteson-linefor companies included in the Preventive Activities Plan (PAP), which seeks to facilitate the appointment process for the advice provided by our Prevention Consultants. 

The service is located in the new menu option “Preventive Consulting - Request advice”, which will be shown enabled for those companies that meet the requirements established in the Resolution of the Secretary of State for Social Security and Pensions, to be part of the general planning of the preventive activities of the Social Security to be carried out by the Mutual Collaborators with the Social Security.

To start the process, the Digital Office user must select the company for which they wish to make the request by clicking on "Request Appointment": Then, they must review their contact information and write the reasons for their request. Subsequently, the Department of Prevention and Health Culture will receive the request to manage it and the user will receive a confirmation email, informing them of the correct receipt of their request so that it can be attended to.
