Fraternidad-Muprespa inaugurates its new healthcare center in Córdoba
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, inaugurated this Thursday its new healthcare center in the city of Córdoba, located on Avenida Vía Augusta. The mayor of the city attended the inauguration,Isabel Ambrosio, Joaquin de Gea, Provincial director of INSS and the Social Security Treasury, the president of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros, the manager of the Mutual,Carlos Aranda, and the Secretary General,Antero Fernández de la Mela.
Immaculate Rufián, Provincial Director of the Mutua in Córdoba, was in charge of welcoming the guests to the event and guiding them through the modern facilities, of almost a thousand square meters, distributed in healthcare, physiotherapy and administrative areas.
Carlos Aranda, Manager of the Mutua, took the floor to highlight that this new center is a benchmark in technology and sustainability. It has a patient management system like the one that has been implemented in the new Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, which will soon open its doors in Madrid. Aranda emphasized that this new center has been built following strict standards and has the highest energy certification, which means greater sustainability and efficiency.
The President of He also added that "Fraternidad-Muprespa has a strong presence in Andalusia. In fact, one in three associated companies are Andalusian."
Isabel Ambrosio, mayor of Córdoba, thanked in her speech the commitment to the improvement of care that will be offered to workers, in first-class facilities.
Fraternidad-Muprespa is a Mutual Fund of efficiency and quality in service, highly valued by the people of Córdoba.
Also present at the event were Mar Tellez, delegate of Promotion of Economic Development and Trade,Maria Angeles Luna, territorial delegate of Equality, Health and Social Policies in Córdoba, and Sonia Medrano, Territorial Director of the Southern Zone of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
The center has six medical consultations, a casting room and treatment room, a state-of-the-art radiology room, a gym with three independent cabins, a room with contrast baths, an electrotherapy room, toilets and changing rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility, two nursing rooms, a meeting and training room and two waiting rooms.
Another of its outstanding characteristics is that it has obtained 5 DIGA Stars in accessibility, the highest degree of excellence of this certification, created and awarded by the Foundation for Accessibility and Social Responsibility and endorsed by the international certifier IMQ. This certificate implies that the center, like those at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Vitoria and Arrecife, has integrated criteria of physical, sensitive and cognitive functional diversity, so that anyone can move around with comfort, safety and usability. Fraternidad-Muprespa has integrated excellence in accessibility in its current properties and in those it plans.
In its facilities, personalized attention will be offered to some 14,000 workers from mutual companies in the city and a total of almost 26,000 workers throughout the province. Fraternidad-Muprespa has been present in Córdoba since 1976.
