Quote groups

Classification used by Social Security for contribution purposes, which groups workers into 11 groups and determines minimum and maximum contribution bases according to current regulations. It should not be confused with the professional groups of the Workers' Statute, which are used for professional classification in the employment relationship and are established through collective bargaining or agreement in accordance with article 22 of the Workers' Statute.
