A new edition of Fratertalks celebrated. How to evaluate and manage psychosocial risks?

On October 28, Fraternidad-Muprespa held a new edition of #Fratertalks where, together with Anabel Fernández (CEO of Affor Health), we talked about the most important factors to take into account when addressing psychosocial risks. 

Among other aspects, Anabel shared the keys to successfully carrying out a psychosocial risk assessment, how to successfully implement preventive measures linked to avoiding these types of risks or how to proceed when a case of mobbing occurs at work.

Without a doubt, a most interesting Fratertalk in the face of a type of risk on which it is more necessary than ever to act preventively.
