Next Preventive Culture Webinar: "Positive Communication"
The Preventive Culture courses are talks given by Prevention Consultants from Fraternidad-Muprespa or guest experts in security and occupational health which are carried out in webinar mode with the aim of promoting a preventive culture in companies to achieve the reduction of accidents and promote safe behaviors in workers.
The next edition will be held on September 17 at 9:30 a.m. under the title “Positive Communication" and will be taught by our Prevention Consultants Olga Boyero and Rafael Delgado.
During the session we will talk about how we can transform our way of communicating to be able to improve our way of connecting with others, influencing with our message and promoting positive actions. To do this, the key is to master communication at two levels combining reason and emotion and we should focus on three factors:
- What we say: Techniques to enhance our message.
- How we say it: Communicate according to the context by combining reason and emotion.
- How to facilitate the call to action: Techniques to promote empathy, active listening and encourage positive feedback.
If we communicate positively, we will not only improve our interpersonal relationships but we will also improve our internal communication, which is what determines our way of acting.
