Fraternidad Muprespa participates in Vigo in a conference on how to address the challenge of absenteeism
This Tuesday, the Galician Business Circle hosted a conference focused on two of the most relevant challenges for organizations today: work absenteeism and mental health. The meeting, which included the participation of Fraternidad‑Muprespa, brought together managers, prevention specialists and people management managers.
Alejandro Lamelo, provincial director of Shared table with Maria Borras, president of the Galician Business Circle, and Monica Seara, Regional Manager North Zone of Affor Health, was the moderator.
Lamelo stressed that moving towards real solutions in this area requires “understand the root causes, integrate prevention into business strategy and adopt measures that promote healthy, sustainable and productive work environmentsHe also insisted that addressing absenteeism not only reduces risks and costs, but also reinforces the commitment to staff and the competitiveness and stability of organizations.
The second panel of the day focused on “Current challenges and practical solutions to build healthy work environments” and included the participation of Pablo Diaz, Head of the Labor Risk Prevention Service, of the Department of the Presidency, Xustiza and Sports of the Xunta de Galicia;Lucia Lopez, from GANAIN's People Development and Management;Fabian Valero, managing partner of Zeres Abogados;Patricia Aguilar, Director of Talent Management at Delikia; and Montse Marquez, psychologist at Affor Health.
