Delt@ System

Delt@ is the acronym for Electronic Declaration of Injured Workers , and is a computer application managed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy that allows the exchange of information between Public Administrations, Social Security Managing and Collaborating Entities, and companies.

Those associated with Fraternidad-Muprespa must refer to it, as Collaborating Managing Entity no. 275, both the Work Accident Report and the List of Accidents Without Medical Leave, through the Internet, through the Delt@ System.

Likewise, Fraternidad-Muprespa, once these parts have been reviewed, will transmit them to the Labor Authority through the Delt@ system.

Requirements to transmit over the Internet

In addition to having Internet access, a class 2CA certificate is required, issued by the National Currency and Stamp Factory (FNMT). This certificate consists of a software file with personalized keys that must be installed on the computer.
