By subscribing to these e-Services you will receive information…

• When a worker goes to one of our assistance centers, without the assistance request form signed by the company, claiming to have suffered a work accident. You can instantly verify or reject said accident by responding to the email that will be sent to you (eVSA).


• When a work accident has occurred with sick leave, we will send you by email a partially completed Work Accident Pre Report and in a format that can later be exported to the Delt@ system to try to speed up your procedures (ePAT).


• When a worker is on sick leave due to a Work Accident and is discharged, so that he knows that said worker must return to his position the next day and stops making delegated payment deductions - avoiding future claims for improper deductions - (ePMA).


• When assistance has been given to a worker due to a possible occupational disease, they will be sent a form that must be returned to us completed to continue with the process of notifying the occupational disease.
