Now available, the 2024 report of +compromiso, alliance of mutual societies

Asepeyo, Fraternidad-Muprespa and MC Mutual, mutual collaborators with Social Security members of the +compromiso alliance, haveso now with its new annual report, the one corresponding to 2024, which can be consulted here.

The report emphasizes that the alliance's main objective is to ensure the best assistance to the mutualist "with the greatest possible efficiency of the system's resources" and highlights the sharing of resources as the most feasible element of said objective.  

In 2024 there were new shared spaces in seven locations: Avilés (Asturias), Barcelona (Sant Cugat Hospital), Benidorm (Alicante), Mataró (Barcelona), Vigo (Pontevedra) and Zamora. 

The document details the main activities carried out within the alliance last year and also brings together its main data and figures.

As of December 31, 2024, +compromiso had 351 own healthcare centers, five hospitals plus a day hospital, and a human team made up of 7,382 professionals.  The average user satisfaction score is 8.6.

His protected population was greater than 5.3 million of working people and their mutual companies, more than 548,000. The number of working people protected self-employed persons exceeded 987,000.

The document includes as the main achievements achieved by the alliance that the strategic collaboration of the healthcare and hospital networks of the three mutual insurance companies has increased, which has meant that the healthcare quality ratio has increased and the spending of the Social Security system has been reduced.

The fulfillment of common objectives has been facilitated, such as the development of health management and contracting protocols, electronic prescription management and artificial intelligence applied to the health field.

The report also highlights as an achievement of the past year that common problems have been solved through collaboration in the management of benefits and communication spaces have been generated to promote teamwork, both in the network of centers and in central services.

Likewise, the image of the alliance has been strengthened with the organization of joint conferences or the external communication strategy on networks.

As the main challenges for the current year, the alliance focuses on the consolidation of its founding principles: respect for legal personality, autonomy, identity and economic independence, promotion of common activities, quality in the services provided to companies and protected workers, and transparency and good governance in the management of all activities.

Activating health training mechanisms in dynamic days in shared sessions and continuing to increase the collaboration of the healthcare and hospital networks of the three mutual insurance companies are also objectives of +compromiso for 2025.
