Occupational Health in Collective Agreements August 22

Throughout the month of August, the following collective agreements have been published in theOfficial State Gazette, which include specific articles on safety, health andprevention of occupational risks.

• Resolution of July 23, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the Collective Agreement for the photographic industry is registered and published. Chapter 15 occupational health and safety.
• Resolution of July 28, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the collective agreement for the canned, semi-canned and salted fish and seafood sector is registered and published. Ninth additional provision on occupational health and safety.
• Resolution of August 10, 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor, by which the IV Agreement for the transition towards climate neutrality, the sustainable use of resources, the protection of the environment, the health of people and the improvement of the competitiveness of the cement sector is registered and published. Chapter IV on waste use prevention policy
